For private orders, delivery is free on all orders of $200 or more (before taxes and additional charges).

For commercial orders, delivery is free on all orders of $500 or more (before taxes and additional charges).

You have 14 days to return an item from the date of receipt. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.

Arenco cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the use of this online store.
